We specialize in the synthesis of various 1D atomic

layer materials, particularly, we demonstrated the

world-first 1D vdW heterostructure.

we have regular access to cutting-edge aberration

corrected TEM, with a focus on non-destructive and

in situ characterization using various chips.

we employ atomic scale materials to fabricate

electronic and optical devices, focusing on atomically

precise SWCNT and their 1D heterostructures.
